I love food. My mother was Italian and passed on her passion for food and cooking to my sister and I. I eat, cook, attempt to bake, read about food, photograph food…
I’ve always wanted a place of my own to post food photos and ramble on aimlessly about stuff I’ve cooked, baked, eaten, savored, gagged on, laughed about and craved. Hopefully, someone besides me will find entertainment in my experiences.
Cheers
* Oh, the name of the site! My six-year-old son nicknamed me Mamalicious recently… funny kid.

I love you!!!! This is awesome and am so proud of you blogging as I would not have the foggiest idea on how to do it (does that mean I am old?). This is so cool, I am marking you to my favorites (I can do somethings).
You are fantastic! I am learning something new about you all the time. Your blog is amazing and I don’t know how you know all the things you do–about cooking, computers, being a wife and mother, an expert photographer, and the list goes on and on. Your recipes are making my mouth water and I can’t wait to make the stuffed peppers as that is one dish I never seem to make right. I am sooooo proud of you.
Love you, AJ
U have got it right on the pork at the Matthews farmers market. make sure you get there early though, it goes quick! Jess I love your tenacity! When I grow up I want to be just like you. (even though I’m 4 years older!! I’ve found my new BFF:)
Both in terms of presentation and flavor, your food blog is very well done!! Keep it up Mama.
Just moments ago I was telling someone about Eders Ice Cream, and decided to Google them and found you! Well I am still in Pennsylvania and only miles from Eders. I too love to cook and my Italian Grandfather and family taught me there was something more to food than just eating it. And now that our Sons are in their early and mid 20’s I see their appreciation for preparing and creating and enjoying their own dishes! Well I dont normally take the time and fill these blanks in but I had to say thanks for sharing…enjoyed peeking around at all your ideas and dishes!
Lynn……….been following alot of your threads at CHOW, and have a question for you………..you was talking about old Italian recipes for Canned/Pickled Banana Peppers, using oils, mushrooms, and such………
Would you care to share the recipe?
TIA
Steve
